Taking your meditation out into your day and the world:
This week, make loving your intention. Look at the areas in your life where you judge and shut off your love. Look at the areas where things happen that upset you. Do these things shut off your heart? Can you give yourself a break and suspend judgment of yourself and/or other people? Write down what comes up.
Everyday, throughout your day, take little moments to place your hand on your heart - focus inward, pulling energy and love to yourself - remembering who you are beyond your feelings, mind, personality, and circumstances. Say over and over again, “I love you no matter what.” Let it sink in until it moves you to peace.
Have random moments of heartfelt connection. When you interact with people, look at them with the eyes of love and watch how your heart moves you to do or say things that lift people.
