We all love to challenge ourselves with speed during our rides with sprints and standing runs, and this ride will quench your thirst and desire for speed.
For this ride there are three working sets. Each set gets longer and more challenging as you ride. Are you up for the challenge?
Get your need for speed with the choice of over TWO playlists!! Some of the artists included are: Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez, Robert Miles, Ace of Base, Katy Perry, Rhianna, and tons more!
There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves.
Ride Length: 46 minutes (not including cool down)
Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
