Are you ready to feel the challenges and all the fun positive emotions this ride will bring on?
During our ride we will work our way up and back down a hill to the finish line. Each song will have us feeling challenged and ready to conquer those challenges as we climb. This is a great ride for beginner riders to begin to work on more hills and feel the love for those climbs. For advanced and intermediate riders, this is your chance to really tap into what you are feeling and work towards having less recoveries during your interval rides.
There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves. Print length: 7 pages

Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
