Ride Style: Interval
The title of this ride says it all!! You are going to sweat your way up light and medium hills while challenging your pace/speed. You'll move your way in and out of the saddle with switchbacks. Sprint or jump your way through fun fast paced music, and finding yourself completely drenched with sweat and a sense of awesome accomplishment. During this ride you will change what you do/climb for each song. Don't worry...This ride will only seem like five minutes due to continuous movement into different positions during each song.

Playlist length: 45 minutes (not including cool down music)
Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
