Ride Style: Interval
Time to take it back to the poppin' electric 80s with this jumpin', runnin', and climbin' interval ride!
Each song will take you on new fun high intensity cardio challenges. Our goal for this ride is to keep the energy and positivity flowing, along with buckets of sweat. If you are looking to go fast and move around, this ride is for you!
Get poppin' with Flock of Seagulls, Michael Jackson, Gloria Estefan, Devo, The B-52s, and more fun poppin' artists.
Ride length: 45 minutes (not including cool down)
Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
