Ride Style: Interval
It is time to get out of that saddle and get to work! For this ride, a majority of your time will be spent working out of the saddle! The real fun and excitement are the sprints, runs and elevated cadence holds thrown into this ride for sweaty heart pumping fun! Oh…and that really fun 13 minute working section early in the ride!
There are cues and options throughout this ride for beginner/newer riders, so that they can still build up their aerobic endurance and challenge themselves.
Speed through this ride with 90s hits from Chumbawamba, Snap!, MC Hammer and more!!
Ride Length: 45 minutes (not including cool down)
Please always remember to be mindful when riding on your own or teaching a class, and add in recoveries where you and/or your class need them!!
Each ride I create has a playlist (music files not included) and a detailed ride description, in PDF format, with everything you could possibly need to teach a great class! You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
