Ride Style: Strength
Time for one of the ultimate Strength rides. Start out nice and light before you start heading up your mountain with two longer working segments. The first segment (about 18 minutes) gets your legs warmed up and building endurance and strength as you maneuver in and out of the saddle. The second segment (about 15 minutes) begins to test your strength and stamina with some more heavy hills and jumps.
*Please be mindful when doing or teaching this ride. It is YOUR RIDE, so please only do what is challenging for you. If you or your class need more recoveries throughout this ride, please add them!! I want you feeling a strong sense of awesome accomplishment from this ride. Not walking out feeling like your bike is your mortal enemy.

You'll be able to download the ride to print out or have in front of you on your tablet or phone. This way you can hop on your bike, start cycling, and not have to worry about creating a great sweat filled ride!
