Ride Style: Interval
Time to play around on some hills during this exciting Interval ride. Each song will tackle two different hills throughout this ride. Move and change hills as you jump, sprint, run, and have fun! Your legs will feel stronger and leaner while your calories are being torched. You'll also get a dose of some fun 80s music!
Add those hills with Van Halen, Quiet Riot, Starship, Madonna, and more!
