A meditation best done first thing in the morning to help manage your energy for the day. If by the end of your day you have lost yourself…reconnect back before you go to sleep and be grateful for all the little things that happen. End your day with gratitude, and it will return you back to you.
Journaling or just questions to ask yourself when you find yourself spinning:
What is your foundation for maintaining a balanced energy?
What are the nonnegotiable things you must do every day to remain centered and balanced?
Start looking at and distinguishing what feelings or thoughts are yours and what are other individual’s.
What would healthy boundaries look and feel like between you, your environment, and other people?
How do you “fill your tank” daily , and what ways are your ways of doing that?
